We will receive and store any information you enter on our website, or give us in any other way that personally identifies you, to improve your experience on the website, to help ensure you are legally eligible to participate in any of our website offerings, including, but not limited to, promotions, draws, donations, fundraising campaigns and/or charitable raffles for which you may be entering, receiving information, or purchasing tickets, and to enable us to contact you should we need to do so. We will be maintaining in our files your name, mailing address, phone number and email address, as well as any additional information you may choose to submit or provide to us. You will be providing this personal information to us when you participate, donate or purchase anything on the website, or when you submit comments or questions to us.
USE OF INFORMATION
We use information for personal identification for the purposes of participation verification and/or eligibility for promotions, draws, donation collections, fundraising campaign collections and prizing, raffle drawings, winner notifications, and prize acceptance and/or collections. Other instances in which we will use your information include, but are not limited to, verifying you are legally eligible to participate in anything for which you are participating and/or purchasing a ticket; responding to requests for submissions, purchases, comments, or questions; collecting aggregated site-visitation statistics; and notifying you of necessary information.
RELEASE OF INFORMATION
In the event you are selected as a winner in any promotion, draw, fundraising campaign or charitable raffle, it has been determined that you are eligible to receive a prize, and you accept a prize, you hereby grant us, the draw, campaign or raffle sponsor, its charitable partners, and any additional prize sponsors that may be involved including, but not limited to, the donor of the prize (if it is an organization other than the sponsor), the right to use your name and likeness, without prior notice or additional compensation, for the purposes of publication, advertising and promotion. Publication, advertising and promotion includes any medium chosen by the draw, campaign or raffle sponsor, its charitable partners, or sponsors, including, but not limited to, this website, a charitable partner’s website, sponsors’ website(s), newspaper, newsletter, email, television, radio or social media outlets.
We track user traffic patterns throughout the website. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. We break down overall usage statistics according to a user’s domain name, browser type, and Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension (MIME) type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser).
We will maintain an electronic mail list of all promotion and draw participants, donors, fundraising campaign participants, and charitable raffle participants. We will use that list to notify you about matters regarding current or future promotions, draws, fundraising campaigns or charitable raffles we are conducting. We may also share that electronic email list with our third party service providers as described in the “Sharing of Information” section below.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
We may use any or all of the information we obtain about you to tailor our content to suit your needs and help us and/or potential sponsors better understand our user demographics. In general, we will not share information about individual users with any unrelated third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, or to protect the personal safety of us, our users, or the public. However, we reserve the right the share information about individual users with third parties that are associated with the website and/or help us to administer the website, and those third parties may use such information to contact you with information about current and future promotions, draws, fundraising campaigns and/or charitable raffles. You will have an opportunity to opt out from future communications as described in the “Opt-Out Policy” section below.

If you enter a promotion or draw, donate, participate in a fundraising campaign and/or purchase a raffle ticket(s), we reserve the right to send you communications regarding your transaction, including, but not limited to, entry confirmations, purchase confirmations, changes to circumstances (cancellations, date changes, prize changes, etc.), eligibility confirmations, winner notifications, and any other information relating to the promotion, draw, donation, fundraising campaign and/or charitable raffle which you have entered, deemed necessary to communicate to you. You may not opt-out of receiving such communications regarding promotions, draws, donations, fundraising campaigns or charitable raffles for which you have entered and/or made purchases. However, we do offer you the ability to opt-out of marketing communications relating to upcoming events, campaigns, raffles or other events. You will have the opportunity to opt-out of future marketing communications by following the instructions contained in the communications you receive.
